Bernardo Coppola
House Manager, London (UHNW Client)

I rarely leave reviews, but Natasha absolutely deserves the recognition. From the very first conversation, her professionalism, communication, and dedication stood out immediately. She doesn’t just “place candidates” , she genuinely invests time into understanding the people she represents and consistently delivers a level of care and attention that is incredibly rare in recruitment.

Throughout the entire process, Natasha was proactive, responsive, transparent, and always one step ahead. What impressed me most was her ability to combine professionalism with a genuinely personal approach. She goes far beyond expectations to ensure everything runs smoothly, keeps you informed at every stage, and makes you feel valued rather than just another candidate.

Her work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome are exceptional. It’s clear she takes real pride in what she does, and that level of excellence reflects brilliantly on the agency as a whole.

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Natasha to anyone looking for a recruitment professional who truly goes above and beyond. An absolute credit to her industry.

She is very friendly and personable and gets to know you and your experiences well before putting your forward for a role. She kept in touch throughout my interview process and I ended up landing an amazing role! I hope to deal with her again in the future for new positions .👌🏽

Stuart
Manager, Private Island

Bespoke Crew and their team have been a great help in finding the right people for our Island. Even though land-based and a very remote location, Frankie was able to forward excellent candidates competent for the roles. Bespoke Crew is very responsive, responsible, and highly reliable. They stand behind their candidates 100%. Excellent background checks and written and verbal references were provided. A great database of staff. Highly recommended!
